Model lift compares raw baseline hit rate against model-qualified hit rate by shot threshold,
helping identify where the model has historically performed best.
Detailed player-level model lift analysis and historical edge identification are available in the premium version.
How to read model lift
Each point represents one player-threshold result for the selected shot threshold. Bubble size reflects the number of qualified model picks included in the calculation.
Baseline Hit Rate measures how often the player reached the shot threshold across
all completed opportunities in that season.
Model Hit Rate measures how often the player reached the shot threshold only when
they passed the model-quality threshold used in the publish pipeline.
Lift is the difference between model hit rate and baseline hit rate.
For example, +8.0 percentage points means the model-qualified picks hit 8 points
better than the player’s raw baseline.

X-axis shows raw baseline hit rate. Y-axis shows model lift versus baseline.
Larger bubbles indicate a greater number of qualified model picks.
